Do you need to go gluten-free and don't know where to start?
Have you recently heard the dreaded words "gluten-free diet"? It feels like you have to re-learn how to shop and eat, right? Well I am here to share with you that it does get easier. But while you are in the whirlwind of figuring out this new diet, I would like to be your guide and helper in navigating a gluten-free diet and gluten-free lifestyle. I have been gluten-free since 2013 and then dairy-free since 2019. I started out just like you.
Completely unaware of where to start, let alone what foods had gluten in them! This involved A LOT of research online and even worse, spending two hours in the store trying to figure out and read labels.
I remember one of the well-meaning tips from an online forum was "you need to meal plan, it makes things so much easier." And while that's true and great advice, it seemed like all the meals I found involved breading or thickening something with flour OR contained ingredients that left me wondering if there was a gluten-free alternative. And then if you read anything about cross-contamination with ingredients that may be gluten-free but could be contaminated with gluten from the packaging process or at the facility… yikes! If you weren't frustrated before, you would be now!
Couple all of this with the sheer cost of gluten-free foods, gluten-free ingredients, or gluten-free snacks and it's no wonder being gluten-free is a source of anger and frustration for a lot of people. (Plus if you've ever shopped for gluten-free snacks, you might wonder if your grocery budget will get drained on just this one item on your grocery list.) So knowing all of this, I gathered your questions, concerns, and frustrations and developed a complete guide to help you cut gluten easily and without spending an arm and a leg at the grocery store.
The result is, How to Cut Gluten from Your Diet: Your 4-Part Gluten-Free Resource Pack, a comprehensive guide for cutting gluten from your diet and saving money in the process.

I love baking (and eating!), but I can’t tolerate gluten or dairy. So since 2013, I’ve been navigating the world of gluten-free foods and creating & developing gluten-free baking recipes along the way. I’m the author of the Gluten Free Holiday Baking cookbook, the Guide to Gluten Free Substitutions Book, and the guide, How to Cut Gluten From Your Diet: Your 4-Part Gluten-Free Resource Pack, plus many other recipe collections and baking classes.
