The main ingredients for both recipes include: GF flour, brown rice flour, sorghum flour, tapioca starch, yeast, sugar, xanthan gum, egg, vegan butter, and olive oil. Some substitution options include:
For the egg: Aquafaba, chia egg, flax egg, liquid egg replacer like JUST egg
For the xanthan gum: psyllium husk powder, guar gum, gelatin, ground flax seed, ground chia seed
What if I’m not a techy person?
You don’t have to be! As long as you have a screen (iPad works great, but cell phone would too) and can push a play button, you’re set. You will get a PDF document with links to the videos and two PDF's with the recipes.
