About your instructor
I’m Christine and I live in sunny Texas. And I love all things bread! I’m the recipe developer and photographer behind the gluten free baking website Zest for Baking. I mentioned I love baking (and eating!) bread, but I can’t tolerate gluten or dairy.
So since 2013, I’ve been navigating the gluten free world and creating & developing gluten free baking recipes along the way. I’m not a professional chef, just a baker who’s had a lot of flops along the road to some incredibly tasty wins. This course shares everything I’ve discovered along the way and all the tried and true recipes and techniques to help you whip up delicious breads and more (without wasting ingredients!)
Still curious about if this course will really help you?
Here are some answers to some questions you might be wondering...
Is this just a recipe video like I’ve seen on [Facebook, social media, etc.?
No, this is an actual instruction video. This is as close to being in the same kitchen as we can get. I’ve given this class 100% and your success is very important to me.
When will I get access to everything?
As soon as you purchase the course, you’ll be able to jump right in! All 3 video classes plus the PDF printables that go along with each one will be available for viewing and download.
How long will I have access to this Masterclass? Can I watch it over again?
You have access to it forever. The classes can be downloaded so you can watch it, pause it, stop it… as many times as you need.
What ingredients or tools will I need? Will it be expensive?
Once you register for the Masterclass, you'll also get a PDF with a list of ingredients and must-haves to have in order to make the bread, but the total cost should be around $20 (and you’ll get to make it again too!)
What if I’m not a techy person?
You don’t have to be! As long as you have a screen (iPad works great, but cell phone would too) and can push a play button, you’re set.
What if I have questions about the material or a step or something related to the instruction?
Email me! I'll include my email for questions or to send me feedback.
How do I access the printable instructions?
In the same area when you get the classes you'll get the PDF's.
