This is the best flourless banana bread that couldn't be easier to make! Just 5 ingredients and it's gluten free too.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare a 8"x4.5" baking pan by spraying with cooking spray and lining the bottom with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mash the bananas.
To the bananas, add the eggs, granulated sugar and baking soda. Mix until completely combined.
Add the oats to the bowl and mix until combined.
Scrape batter into the prepared pan.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick tests done.
Cool in the pan on a wire rack for 10 minutes then remove from the pan to cool completely before slicing.
Notes
Make sure your ingredients are at room temperature.
This batter does not need to rest before baking. Bake it right away.
The eggs can be substituted with an egg substitute.
The granulated sugar can be substituted with Swerve.
Make the oats are certified gluten free.
