Ingredients

strawberries
washed and dried

quality melting chocolate (dark, milk, or white)
Assorted red, pink, and white sprinkles for decorating

Instructions
Prepare Work Area:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Melt Chocolate:
In a double boiler or microwave, melt chocolate until smooth and glossy.
If large chips remain, place back in the microwave for another 30 seconds. Remove and stir to finish melting.
Dip Berries:
Holding a strawberry by the stem, dip into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip back into the bowl. Place on the parchment paper.
Add Toppings (Optional):
Before chocolate sets, add sprinkles or other decorations.
Work quickly as the chocolate will harden.
Set & Chill:
Allow dipped strawberries on the parchment to chill until firm
Serve or Store:
Enjoy immediately or move to storage.
