How to Make Gluten Free Dairy Free Cheesecake

The ingredients

Just dairy free cream cheese, tofu, sugar, an egg and vanilla is all you'll need for the delicious creamy filling.

Making the crust

Break or toss in a food processor to crumble and mix it with the cinnamon and coconut oil and pattling it out in the pan. 

Mixing the filling

Add the sugar and the cream cheese and continue mixing for another minute. Add the egg and vanilla last and mix again.
