Ingredients
340GramsBeyond Meat Plant-Based Ground Beef
1Tablespoonvegan butter
33gramsgluten free flour mixabout ¼ cup
¼teaspoonseasoned salt
¼teaspoonpepper
2cupsalmond milk
1recipegluten free biscuits
Instructions
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the Beyond Meat Plant-Based Ground Beef, breaking up any large pieces.
To the skillet, add the butter and stir until melted.
Sprinkle flour, seasoned salt and pepper over skillet and stir until completely coated.
Reduce heat to medium-low. Add milk ½ cup at a time, stirring after every addition until the desired thickness.
Serve gravy over gluten free biscuits.
Notes
Dairy butter can be used in place of the dairy free butter.
The King Arthur Measure for Measure gluten free flour blend was used in the recipe. Any flour blend will work.
If using regular, dairy milk, more milk may be needed to achieve the desired thickness.
