Buckwheat  Banana Bread

What you need:

Buckwheat Flour Baking Powder Baking Soda Salt Melted Butter Granulated Sugar

Brown Sugar Eggs Bananas Coconut Cream Pure Vanila Extract Apple Cider Vinegar

In a medium bowl, add the buckwheat flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix well.

In a large bowl, combine the butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar. Stir to fully dissolve the sugars.

Mix the butter, sugars, eggs, bananas, coconut cream and vanilla extract together in the large bowl until fully combined.

Then just add the flour mixture to the egg mixture and combine.

* Stir the apple cider vinegar into the batter. * Let batter rest for 30 minutes.
