At the urging of you, readers of Zest For Baking, I was very diligent in bringing in more desserts this past year - this spice cake was an instant hit. And it's easy to see why - it has a luscious cream cheese frosting and is all dairy free too!
Pillow soft pumpkin cookies were on your cookie platter so many times this year. They were adored by young and old which just makes me smile.
When apple season hit, this apple crisp quickly became one of our most popular recipes. It's quick, easy and absolutely delicious. Ice cream's perfect pairing!
Blueberry cobbler was an instant favorite as soon as it was posted. And it's easy to see why - the fresh blueberries bake into a thick, delicious filling that gets two thumbs up from everyone who tries it!
Pie was a new venture for us this year - and this apple pie really knocked it out of the park. The homemade pie crust is flakey and makes for the perfect base for this tasty pie!

Not just any banana pancakes but these coconut flour ones were super popular for how easy and tasty they are - plus they the health benefit of no added refined sugar.
Honestly, I wasn't sure how this cinnamon coffee cake recipe would be received since it uses a mix, but sometimes convenience is a good thing! This recipe got a lot of tasty feedback.
